Day to Day Living (D2DL) Program

The D2DL Program aims to help improve the quality of life for people experiencing severe and persistent mental illness by providing a range of day-to-day activities. Working with other organisations such as GROW, RecLink and the Salvation Army we offer -

  • Drop-In Centre open week days for a cuppa, relaxed reading,
    games or a friendly chat, open 8.30am - 3.30pm

  • GROW Peer Support Group which meets Monday evenings

  • Regular activities such as cooking, singing, painting, to have
some fun & learn new skills ... or relearn old ones! - this includes
weekend outings to join in local community events

  • Education & training to better understand and manage
    mental illness and mental health

  • Support to set & achieve personal goals through taking part
in activities available in the community

Taking part in D2DL activities offers a range of benefits, including increased social interaction, learning new skills (or relearning old ones!), setting and achieving personal goals, and developing confidence and independence.
