Administration
The Administration team is responsible for the administrative, financial & human resource management of MHACA, ensuring the office wheels of the Association keep turning. Regular tasks include tending to enquiries, managing computing
and IT support, maintaining vehicles, organising meetings, catering
for events,organising mailouts, and maintaining accounts and payroll
(and renovating the odd building or two!).
In addition to the day-to-day running of the office the Admin team also provides support to the General Manager and Program areas. The team also manages MHACA’s Housing Support Program which provides
long-term supported housing to enable people to live as independently as possible in the community.
Key projects in recent years have included -
- relocating to new office premises & organising
the official launch of our current premises
- the new Collective Workplace Agreement
- implementing a new Client Database
- purchasing new stock for the Housing Support Program
