GROW-D2DL Project Officer NT SACS Award: Level 4-5: $41,338–46,080 GROW is a community mental health movement working towards mental health through small-group mutual help and a 12-step program of recovery. The Alice Springs GROW office is located at MHACA and works in collaboration with the Day to Day Living (D2DL) Program. The GROW-D2DL Project Officer will have shared repsonsibility for developing, maintaining & coordinating the GROW Drop-In Service and activities of the D2DL Centre. Duties include: supporting a peer support group; providing weekly activities, and arranging education and training. The successful applicant will have demonstrated level of experience relevant to the position, experience and knowledge of using GROW or a willingness to acquire same; ability to communicate effectively and provide support to members; demonstrated organisational, writing and computer skills; and a strong commitment to working with adults with mental illness. Some regular out of hours work is required. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, and salary sacrifice is available. Applicants will be required to undergo a police check.
