Our carefully curated sessions will empower students to manage stress\, enhance their emotional wellbeing\, and develop essential life skills. \nHeads Up and will feature local young artists\, live music\, mental health speakers\, lived experience speakers\, activities\, food\, a chill-out space\, a chat zone\, dancing workshops and relevant informational stalls. \nThis event is for young people between 12-25 years old.
