All Abilities Community Walk

A great time was had at our Healthy Bodies Support Healthy Minds Community Walk for people of all abilities in August at the ANZAC Oval. Participants enjoyed Footy 4 Life with AFL Central Australia and NO MORE AU, then joined in the walk around the oval which included an obstacle course followed by a healthy meal. It was a beautiful day to be outside enjoying some gentle exercise and each others company.
The Healthy Bodies Support Healthy Minds Program has a focus on exercise, healthy cooking and increasing water consumption for MHACA participants.
