January Group Activities Calendar

Highlights in January include:

  • Hep-C Testing at MHACA – Thursday 15 January between 12pm and 3pm.
  • Trivia at MHACA – Tuesday 20 January from 12:30pm – 1:30pm.
  • Peer Reference Group – Monday 19 January from 11:30am -12:30pm.
  • Women’s Day Out – Tuesday 27 January from 10am -12pm.

Weekend activities this month include ten-pin bowling, a cinema outing, a picnic and swim at the Aquatic and Leisure Centre and a morning playing squash.

There won’t be Weekend Activities on Saturday 3 January 2026.

MHACA will be closed on Thursday 1, Friday 2 January 2026 and Monday 26 January.

MHACA can also provide individual support and is a registered NDIS provider.

In addition to structured activities, a Drop-in Centre is open Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 8.30am – 3pm, and Wednesdays from 8.30am to 1.30pm.

The Drop-in Centre is a welcoming space where people can connect with others and participate in activities. It provides:

  • a comfy lounge area
  • kitchen facilities
  • computers with internet access
  • activities such as music jam, healthy cooking and sports
  • musical instruments
