MHACA Your Experience of Service (YES) Survey 2026
MHACA values your feedback. Each year, we invite participants to complete the Your Experience of Service (YES) Survey.
The YES Survey helps us understand your experience of MHACA services and identify ways we can improve.
The survey was developed in consultation with people who use mental health services across Australia and is based on the Recovery Principles of the National Standards for Mental Health Services.
Taking part is voluntary and your responses are anonymous. You do not have to answer every question.
The MHACA YES Survey 2026 is for current MHACA participants.
MHACA staff will be contacting participants to invite them to complete the survey. If you are a current MHACA participant and would like to complete the survey, please speak with a MHACA staff member or call 8950 4600.
