Thank you to our friends at Multicultural Community Services Central Australia (MCSCA) for a fantastic Women’s Health Week Health and Wellbeing Event!

MHACA shared mental health and wellbeing information and resources and had some great conversations about looking after our mental health. We also had a great time participating in the workshops, enjoying the nutritious and delicious food, and taking some time to relax and connect over the weekend.
