💚 STRESS LESS IN THE PLAZA 2026 – THANK YOU!
We were thrilled to see such a wonderful turnout at our annual Stress Less in the Plaza event, especially after a week of challenging weather conditions.
It was great to see people of all ages coming together to enjoy live music, creative activities, wellbeing experiences and conversations about mental health.
A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the event possible!
A special thank you to our sponsors Northern Territory Primary Health Network (Northern Territory PHN), Northern Territory Government and NT Mental Health Coalition for their small mental health week grants funding scheme.
We also extend our thanks to the Alice Plaza, Foodbank SA & Central Australia, 8CCC Community Radio 102.1fm - Alice Springs & Tennant Creek, the Plaza Wellbeing Centre and all the service providers, performers, volunteers and community members who contributed to the event.
📸 Enjoy this gallery of highlights from Stress Less in the Plaza! If you share your own photos, don't forget to tag MHACA so we can see your favourite moments.
Together, we can take small steps towards better mental health.
